Ukraine’s state rail operator Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"The first train to Mykolaiv left Kyiv on November 14. It will run on even numbers from the [Ukrainian] capital and on odd numbers from Mykolaiv. It will leave the capital at 22:14 and arrive in Mykolaiv at 07:15 the next day. In the return direction, the train will depart at 22:09 and arrive in Kyiv at 06:55," the report said.
