Russians hit civilian objects in Donetsk region at night. Casualties reported

In Donetsk region, the invaders fired at civilian objects in the sections of the front from Vuhledar to Soledar at night, killing and injuring local residents.

"At night, the Russians fired at civilian objects in the sections of the front from Vuhledar to Soledar. In Volnovakha direction, one person was killed in Pavlivka. Vuhledar also came under intensive fire," Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

According to him, sporadic strikes were launched on Avdiivka last evening and night, one person was killed. Shelling was also recorded in Marinka community. No information about casualties or destruction was received.

Kyrylenko also noted that Bakhmut was the most affected in Horlivka direction: one civilian was killed and two more were injured, four private houses and an administration building were damaged. The outskirts of Toretsk, Svitlodarsk, and Soledar communities came under fire at night, there were no casualties.

The official again called on all residents of the region to evacuate.

As reported, Donetsk region is under constant Russian fire and experiences problems with electricity, heat, and water supply.

More than 1.2 million people have left the region, in which 1,670,000 people lived before the full-scale invasion. By winter, no more than 235,000 people involved in the defense and maintenance of critical infrastructure should remain in the region.
