Russians planning to introduce passes for Nova Kakhovka, Kakhovka residents - Khlan

Serhiy Khlan, member of the Kherson Regional Council, said this in a Facebook post, according to Ukrinform.

"Kherson region. The occupiers want those who remained in Nova Kakhovka and Kakhovka to receive passes. Accordingly, having indicated their personal data, place of residence and the reason why they were not ‘evacuated’,” he wrote.

It is noted that now it is still problematic to get more information about such a ‘new rule’ in the region.
