Ukrainian marines destroy two enemy tanks, five IFVs, one UAV

Over the past day, the units of Ukraine’s Naval Forces have eliminated 18 Russian occupiers and destroyed two enemy tanks, two artillery systems, five infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) and other military equipment.

The relevant statement was made by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The military units and forces of the Naval Infantry Command of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of groupings, continue to complete tasks, repelling Russia’s full-scale armed aggression. On November 7, 2022, Ukrainian marines eliminated 11 enemy troops and destroyed one tank, one motor vehicle and one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) ,” the report states.

Additionally, the artillery units and forces of the Naval Infantry Command of the Ukrainian Naval Forces inflicted fire damage on enemy positions, having eliminated seven Russian occupiers and destroyed one tank, five IFVs, two towed howitzers and one armored fighting vehicle. The enemy’s final losses are yet to be checked.

A reminder that, between February 24, 2022 and November 8, 2022, Russia’s total combat losses in Ukraine reached about 77,170 troops.
