OSINT analyst Benjamin Pittet published the first satellite images of Sevastopol Bay on a social network, taken after Russian Black Sea fleet warships were attacked by what is believed to be unmanned sea vehicles.

That’s according to the Ukrainian Military Center nonprofit, Ukrinform reports.

The pictures were taken on November 1 at 5:35 and 11:06.

The satellite recorded the Admiral Grihorovich-class frigate in the open sea in tow. In five hours, the vessel ended up berthed by a mooring wall in Streltsk Bay in Sevastopol.

"It is possible that the photo recorded the movement of the Admiral Makarov frigate. The nature of the alleged damage from the drone attack cannot be determined from the photo," the military center noted.

As reported, on October 29, a number of drones allegedly attacked Russian ships in Sevastopol Bay.

On the same day, a video appeared on social networks showing a sea drone attacking the project 11356R Admiral Makarov frigate – a ship that became the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet after the Moskva missile cruiser was sunk by a Ukrainian Navy strike.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation did not confirm the damage to this particular ship, while acknowledging the damage to the Ivan Golubets minesweeper.

According to the Russian defense officials, the attack was carried out by seven autonomous unmanned sea vehicles and nine drones of a different type.

Also, a video appeared online showing a sea drone being fired upon by Russian ships, boats, and helicopters.
