Russian forces launch 60 missile and 15 air strikes over past 24 hours

The enemy carried out 60 missile and 15 air strikes and used multiple rocket launchers more than 45 times on Monday, October 31.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a Facebook post.

The enemy struck areas of more than 50 settlements, including Soledar, Vuhledar, Yakovlivka and Vesele in the Donetsk region, the report said.

The occupiers carry out forced relocation of the civilian population. In the town of Kakhovka in the Kherson region, citizens living in apartments along the banks of the Dnipro River are being forcibly evicted from their homes. The Russian invaders are fortifying their positions and building mine-explosive barriers around civilian homes. In the settlement of Novochornomoria, Skadovsk district, Russian troops put psychological and physical pressure on civilians. They are kicked out of their own homes. The houses released in this way are to be occupied by the invaders.

Aircraft of Ukraine's Defense Forces struck enemy positions 14 times over the past 24 hours. Areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, strongholds and positions of the enemy's air defense systems were hit. In various directions, Ukrainian air defense units shot down four helicopters, two UAVs and 45 cruise missiles.

Over the past day, soldiers of the Ukrainian rocket forces and artillery hit two command posts, three areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment and other important military targets of the Russian occupiers.
