Fighters of Ukraine’s Khort special unit eliminated a deputy chief of staff of the Wagner private military company.
"While performing a combat mission, the fighters of our special unit clashed in a close battle with a group of fighters of the notorious Prigozhin’s Wagner PMC. The combat contact sent the entire enemy group to hell. Among the killed Wagner fighters, a deputy chief of staff was identified," the special unit posted on Facebook.
In addition, the Ukrainian defenders captured the dead occupier’s weapon – an AK-12. This machine gun was adopted by the enemy army in 2018.
As reported, on October 25, Ukrainian military intelligence informed that the Wagner PMC had begun massively recruiting prisoners suffering from serious infectious diseases, including HIV and hepatitis C.
