The missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine performed 190 fire missions, eliminating more than half a hundred invaders in the southern direction over the past day.

"The situation in the Southern Buh direction in the entire operational zone is quite tense but controlled. The enemy continues holding active defense, looks for ways to renew logistics and set up defensive lines on the left bank of the Dnipro River. The counter-battery confrontation of forces along the contact line is ongoing. The enemy inflicts fire damage on our positions with the use of MLRS, heavy artillery, mortars, tanks, and aviation," the Operational Command "South" posted on Facebook.

As noted, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions with a Ka-52 attack helicopter but it was shot down by a well-aimed shot of the Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners.

In order to clarify the positions of our troops and adjust artillery fire, the enemy significantly increased aerial reconnaissance along the contact line. In addition, the kamikaze drone attacks continue.

Assault and army aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched six strikes on the enemy anti-aircraft defense forces, a stronghold, and three areas of manpower, weapons, and equipment buildup in Beryslav and Mykolaiv districts.

The missile and artillery units performed 190 fire missions.

The confirmed enemy losses are as following: 53 personnel, two mortars, Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer, two armored vehicles, and two dugouts with personnel. The data are being updated.

"In the stormy Black Sea, enemy keeps nine ships, including a large landing ship and three missile carriers, including two submarines. Sixteen Kalibr missiles are ready to be used," the Operational Command "South" added.
