About 20 Ukrainian settlements came under enemy fire, namely the Donetsk region’s Terny, Bakhmut, Vuhledar and Komyshuvakha.

Russian troops are trying to hold the temporarily occupied areas, focusing efforts on restraining the actions of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in certain directions, as well as continue attempts to conduct offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions.

The enemy is shelling Ukrainian positions along the contact line, setting up defensive positions and lines in certain directions and conducting air reconnaissance. In violation of international humanitarian law, the laws and customs of war, Russian invaders continue to strike critical infrastructure and civilian houses.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the situation remained rather unchanged. Belarus continues to support Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine. The threat of missile strikes and UCAV attacks on Ukraine’s territory is persisting.

In other directions, Russian troops opened fire as follows:

in the Siverskyi direction – near the Chernihiv region’s Mykolaivka and Kostobrody, with mortars and cannon artillery, as well as UAVs with a combat load;

In the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia directions, Russian troops did not take active offensive actions. The enemy opened fire on Ukrainian positions and civil infrastructure near over 35 settlements along the contact line.

In the Southern Bug direction, over 30 settlements along the contact line came under enemy fire. Russian troops carried out up to 40 flight missions with different UAVs in order to conduct air reconnaissance.

The military and political leadership of the Russian Federation is officially ending partial mobilization. Meanwhile, draft notices continue to be forcibly delivered to some categories of Russian citizens. In the Moscow region’s Mosrentgen, mobilized soldiers were placed at the deployment point of the 27th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade for their medical examination and further transfer to the combat zone. Significant issues are arising in the context the mobilization measures, which have already been taken.

Russian occupation authorities continue to forcibly mobilize men within the temporarily occupied areas. Meanwhile, the evacuation of civilians started in certain directions.

Over the past day, Ukrainian air forces have launched six strikes. Two enemy ammunition and military equipment clusters were confirmed as hit, as well as two strong points and two air defense missile system positions. The Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense units shot down 15 Shahed-136 UCAVs.

Ukraine’s missile and artillery units struck one Russian command post, two personnel, ammunition and military equipment clusters, and two ammunition depots.
