Ukrainian law enforcement officers have documented the consequences of enemy shelling of the Novovorontsovka, Kochubeivka and Vysokopillia territorial communities in the Kherson region.

That's according to Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office, Ukrinform reports.

"Law enforcement officers inspected and recorded the consequences of systematic enemy shelling of the Novovorontsovka, Kochubeivka and Vysokopillia territorial communities, where private households, educational institutions, social and critical infrastructure facilities were destroyed as a result of the shelling," the report said.

It added that there are no military facilities in the territory attacked by the invaders.

Employees of the prosecutor's office, as part of joint groups with employees of the Security Service of Ukraine, the police and experts, are documenting the crimes of the Russian army in the liberated territories of the Kherson region.

In order to collect the necessary evidence, law enforcement officers inspected areas hit by enemy shells and measured the craters left by the strikes. In particular, the report said, near one of the schools, a strike left a crater with a diameter of about 10 meters and a depth of nearly a two-story building.

Pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Parts 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) are ongoing. The circumstances of the crime are being established.
