"The level of the moral and psychological state of the population in the border regions of the Russian Federation has significantly decreased. In particular, this is caused by the lack of medical care for civilians. According to the available information, due to the mobilization of healthcare workers and an increased flow of wounded, civilians are being denied medical care in the hospitals of the Belgorod region," the report reads.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 65,000 Russian invaders from February 24 to October 16.
