A missile that the Russian invaders wanted to use against Kharkiv hit a multi-story apartment block in Belgorod, Russia.

According to Ukrinform, Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, wrote this on Twitter.

"Russia launched a missile towards Kharkiv, but something went wrong and it hit a residential building in Belgorod, Russia. Will there be an investigation? Or punishment? No, Putin does not care who to kill: Ukrainians or Russians," Podolyak said.

He said that Russian propagandists would quickly find a fake explanation.

On October 13, a Russian missile fell on a residential building in Belgorod.
