Russians attack infrastructure facility in Kharkiv - mayor

A Russian strike hit Kharkiv’s Kholodnohorsky district, damaging an infrastructure facility.

That’s according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, who broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Three ‘arrivals’ in Kharkiv. They hit the Kholodnohorsky district; according to tentative reports, an infrastructure facility was damaged. There is no power in some areas of the city,” the mayor reported.

Information on casualties is being specified.

"Power engineers are working to bring power back to Kharkiv homes as soon as possible," Terekhov added.

As reported, at about 20:50 on September 27, three explosions rocked Kharkiv. Local residents wrote on social networks that the Shevchenkivsky district was in blackout.
