About 100,000 people have already left the particularly dangerous, recently de-occupied and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The relevant report was published on the website of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Ukrinform reports.

"We once again call on citizens from particularly dangerous, recently de-occupied territories and temporarily occupied territories to evacuate. We promise: you and your family will be warm in winter. We will do everything to ensure that you return home as soon as possible," said Oleksiy Borodai, Deputy Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.

The ministry reminded that the evacuation from the newly de-occupied areas of Kharkiv region has been ongoing for the fourth day in a row. Currently, the restoration of important infrastructure facilities has begun, however it is very risky for civilians to be there.
