Ukraine Army made significant progress, but it’s going to be a long haul – Biden

United States President Joe Biden believes it is clear the Ukrainians have made significant progress, but it is going to be a long haul.

The relevant statement was made by United States President Joe Biden during his visit to Delaware, an Ukrinform correspondent reports, referring to the White House press service.

Answering a question if this is a turning point in the war in Ukraine, Biden noted: “The question is unanswerable right now. It’s hard to tell. It’s clear the Ukrainians have made significant progress, but I think it’s going to be a long haul.”

A reminder that the Pentagon praised the competence of the Ukrainian military, effectively using the Western weapons, and confirmed the recent counteroffensive operations carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine had been successful.
