Russians strike community in Sumy region

"After 15:00, the enemy launched a mortar attack on Znob-Novhorodske community of Shostka district. There were two strikes, probably from a 120mm mortar. Fortunately, there were no casualties or damage," Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

As reported, the Ukrainian troops liberated Sumy region from Russian invaders at the beginning of April. However, Sumy region is shelled from the territory of the Russian Federation almost every day. In total, 2,845 infrastructure objects in Sumy region have been damaged as a result of Russian attacks, but their number is constantly increasing.
