Mykolaiv left without water supply

The local water supply company Mykolaivvodokanal reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

"There was an accident at the water intake from the Dnipro-Buh estuary, and therefore water will not be supplied to the city at all. How long will it take to carry out repair works? Now Mykolaivvodokanal specialists are working on this issue. Most likely, repairs will take more than one day," the report says.

The company added that the accident did not occur as a result of hostilities, so they will do everything possible to resume water supply as soon as possible.

As reported, on April 12, Mykolaiv was left without a centralized water supply after the main water pipeline was damaged by shelling. In the middle of May, water supply was partially resumed.
