Russian troops fire artillery on one of Kharkiv districts

Russian forces are shelling one of the districts of Kharkiv city with artillery.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“The Shevchenkivskyi district is under artillery shelling. Be careful," Terekhov wrote.
As reported, an extended curfew was imposed in Kharkiv region - from 19:00 on August 23 to 07:00 on August 25. On other days, starting August 22, the curfew will last from 19:00 to 07:00. Previously, the curfew lasted from 22:00 to 06:00.
