Ukraine’s Armed Forces eliminate about 43,750 Russian invaders

The Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 43,750 Russian troops in Ukraine from February 24 to August 15, including 200 on August 14.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement posted on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

The enemy’s total combat losses included also 1,876 tanks (+12 over the past day), 4,141 armored fighting vehicles (+15), 985 artillery systems (+5), 261 multiple launch rocket systems (+0), 136 anti-aircraft warfare systems (+0), 233 aircraft (+0), 195 helicopters (+1), 3,044 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+5), 15 warships/boats (+0), 787 unmanned aerial vehicles (+3), 92 special equipment units (+1). A total of 187 enemy cruise missiles (+0) were shot down.

It is noted that over the past day, Russian troops have suffered the highest losses in the Donetsk direction.

On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, firing at Ukrainian cities and villages with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems and ballistic missiles.
