Invaders launched 62 strikes on Sumy region in past day

Russian forces shelled Sumy region 62 times over the past day, killing a woman.
The relevant report was posted on the website the National Police, according to Ukrinform.
"Over the past day, the occupiers shelled the villages of Mezenivka, Pershe Travnia of the Sumy district, Pozhnia of the Okhtyrka district, Bilokopytove, Sosnivka, Katerynivka, Starikove, Chernatske of the Shostka district. One woman was killed by shelling. A total of 62 strikes were recorded,” the repot reads.
Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces shelled Donetsk region 27 times on August 8.
