Belarusian special operations forces conduct combat readiness check

This is stated in the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 06:00, August 4, published on Facebook.

In Volyn and Polissya directions, the units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus reinforce a section of Belarus–Ukraine border in Brest and Gomel regions.

In Siversky direction, the enemy fired on Medvedivka, Chernihiv region, and Krasnopillia and Myropillia, Sumy region, with tube artillery.

In Kharkiv direction, the enemy opened fire from tanks, tube and rocket artillery in the areas of Kharkiv, Lebyazhe, Borshchova, Dementiyivka, Korobochkyne, Velyki Prokhody, Ruski Tyshky, Staryi Saltiv, Prudianka, Pytomnyk, Tsupivka.

The invaders made an offensive attempt in the direction of Bayrak – Husarivka, hostilities continue.

In Slovyansk direction, shelling was recorded near Bohorodychne, Dibrivne, Mazanivka, Karnaukhivka, Chepil, and Husarivka. The occupiers tried to advance in the direction of Dovhenke – Bohorodychne. They got repulsed and retreated.

In Kramatorsk direction, the enemy launched strikes near Siversk, Mykolaivka, Starodubivka, Spirne, Kryva Luka, Verkhniokamyanske, Hryhorivka, Serebrianka, Raihorodok, and Kalenyky, launched an airstrike near Spirne.

The invaders went on an offensive in the direction of Yaremivka – Dolyna, had no success, retreated.

In Bakhmut direction, the enemy used tube and rocket artillery in the areas of Yakovlivka, Travneve, Kodema, Pokrovske, Rozdolivka, Kurdiumivka, Zaitseve, Bakhmut, and Soledar. Airstrikes were launched near Yakovlivka, Soledar, and Kodema.

The occupiers tried to improve the tactical position in the directions of Striapivka – Soledar, Dolomitne – Travneve, Vidrodzhennia – Vershyna, Pokrovske – Bakhmut, Vasylivka – Yakovlivka, Semyhirya – Vershyna. The enemy had no success in all the indicated directions and retreated. The invaders went on an offensive in the direction of Novoluhanske – Kodema, hostilities continue.

In Avdiivka direction, the enemy shelled the districts of Pisky, Prechystivka, Shevchenko, Volodymyrivka, Nevelske, Netaylove, and Krasnohorivka. The Russians assaulted the directions of Lozove – Pisky and Vesele – Pisky, but failed and retreated

In Novopavlivsk and Zaporizhzhia directions, shelling from artillery and tanks was recorded near Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Marinka, Huliaypole, Novosilka, Huliaypilske, and Temyrivka. The enemy launched an airstrike near Novopole. Fighting continues in Oleksandrivka – Marinka direction.

In Southern Buh direction, the enemy fired from tanks, tube and rocket artillery on Mykolaiv, Prybuzke and 25 more localities. The enemy continues conducting aerial reconnaissance by UAVs.

Two sea-launched cruise missile carriers are on alert in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.

The Russian occupiers suffer casualties, have poor morale, and look for any chance to get a light wound. In order to get back to the territory of the Russian Federation, they resort to self-mutilation and various simulations of poor health.

The Ukrainian fighter aircraft continue to patrol the airspace of Ukraine, while the strike aircraft provide fire support to units in designated operational areas without fail.
