Belarus deploys additional e-warfare systems near Ukraine border

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, in the Belarus areas bordering Ukraine, the additional e-warfare systems have been deployed by the country’s military.

This is stated in the latest war update by the Ukrainian Army’s General Staff, seen by Ukrinform.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy is keeping separate units in the areas of Bryansk and Kursk regions bordering Ukraine. Enemy artillery fire hit the areas near Pavlivka, Sumy region.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy shelled with tanks, as well as barrel and jet artillery, the areas near Novomykolaivka, Prudyanka, Nove, Dementiivka, Pytomnyk, Borshcheva, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshki, Petrivka, Bazaliivka, Korobochkine, Stara Hnylytsia, and Ivanivka. An air strike was reported near Mospanove.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy inflicted out fire damage near Chepil, Protopopivka, Hrushuvaha, Husarivka, Dibrivny, Mazanivka, Krasnopilly, Dolyna, and Barvinkove. A Russian reconnaissance group attempted to locate Ukrainian positions near Mazanivka – with no success.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy opened fire, using barrel and jet artillery, as well as tanks, near Siversk, Serebryanka, Hryhorivka, Verkhnyokamyanskyi, Zvanivka, Ivano-Daryivka, and Spirnyi. Airstrikes were recorded near Hryhorivka and Spirne.

In the Bakhmut direction, shelling was reported near Berestovo, Soledar, Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, Veselaya Dolyna, Zaitsevo, Vershyn, Kodem, Semihirya and Travneve. An airstrike hit the area near Kodema.

The Russians tried to reconnoiter the positions of Ukrainian troops in the direction of Yakovlivka but the scout group was neutralized. The enemy also attempted assault missions toward Vershyn and Soledar, but was forced to retreat. A Russian offensive is underway toward Bakhmut.

In the Avdiyivka direction, the occupiers shelled the areas of Novokalynove, Novoselivka, Avdiyivka, Netailove, Pisky, and Krasnohorivka settlements. Airstrikes were reported near Vesele. Assaults were attempted in the direction of Pisky – with no success.

On the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhia directions, the Russians are shelling the areas of Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Pavlivka, Shevchenko, Novosilka, Novopil, Malynivka, Charivne, Huliaypole, Orihiv, and Kamianske, using barrel and jet artillery. Airstrikes were conducted in the vicinity of Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, and Novoandriyivka. Reconnaissance in force efforts were run in the direction of Maryinka, with no success. Enemy troops are regrouping in the Zaporizhia direction.

In the South Buh region, the occupiers shelled the districts of Myrolyubivka, Novovoznesensk, Visokopillia, Mykolaiv, and more than 25 settlements with barrel, jet artillery, and tanks. An airstrike was reported near Olhany. Air reconnaissance efforts with the use of UAVs are continuing.

The strengthening of the grouping of Russian troops in the Kryvyi Rih direction has been noted.

Active engagement of aviation by the enemy forces to control the ground and air situation in the northwestern part of the Black Sea area has been recorded.

The threat of missile strikes on military facilities and critical infrastructure across Ukraine remains in place. There are six Kalibr sea-based cruise missile carriers currently deployed in the Black Sea waters.
