Enemy storming Vuhlehirska TPP, Ukrainian fighters again repel invaders

This is stated in the latest report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no significant changes were recorded. The units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus continue to carry out tasks to strengthen security in the border areas of the Brest and Gomel regions.

In the Siverskyi direction, the enemy shelled the areas near the settlement of Hay in Chernihiv region and Hudove, Yastrubyne, Bilopillia and Hrabovske settlements in Sumy region. In addition, Russian forces conduct aerial reconnaissance in the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy used barrel and rocket artillery to shell the areas near the settlements of Pytomnyk, Petrivka, Novomykolaivka, Staryi Saltiv, Blahodatne, Prudianka, Lisne, Lebiazhe, Korobochkyne, Derhachi, Peremoha and others.

In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy fired with artillery at the areas of Chepil, Bohorodychne, and Adamivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, enemy shelling was recorded near Starodubivka, Dronivka, Piskunivka, Siversk, Spirne and Ivano-Daryivka. The occupiers also used UAVs.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy is conducting combat operations with the aim of creating conditions for an offensive on Bakhmut and taking control over the territory of the Vuhlehirska TPP. The Russian forces shelled military and civilian infrastructure in the areas near Zaitseve, Vershyna, Berestove, Shumy, Bakhmut, New York, Bakhmutske, Pokrovske, Novoluhanske, Vesele and others. Army attack aviation was used.

In the Avdiivka, Novopavlivka, and Zaporizhzhia directions, the enemy systematically shelled the areas near Zolota Nyva, Vuhledar, Vesele, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka and other settlements. Enemy UAVs operated near Mala Tokmachka and Novodarivka. In some areas, the occupiers are trying to improve the engineering equipment of defensive lines and positions.

In the Southern Buh direction, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on maintaining the occupied positions. Civilian and military infrastructure near Chervona Dolyna, Kyselivka, Ternivka, Dobrianka, Oleksandrivka, Kobzartsi, Lepetykha and other settlements came under enemy fire.
