20 remote-controlled enemy shells found at entrance to Kharkiv

Ukrainian border guards have discovered 20 remote-controlled artillery shells at the entrance to Kharkiv city.

The State Border Guard Service said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"During counter-sabotage activities, border guards discovered signs of remote mining on the road leading to Kharkiv. Colleagues from the State Emergency Service were immediately informed about the dangerous find," the report says.

Following the area survey, 20 152-mm artillery shells connected to a radio remote control were discovered.

Explosive objects have been removed and will be neutralized.
