UK condemns Russia's indiscriminate shelling of civilian infrastructure

Great Britain strongly condemns Russia's indiscriminate shelling of civilian infrastructure, including religious buildings.

The Embassy of Great Britain has addressed the issue on Twitter, Ukrinform reports.

"The United Kingdom condemns in the strongest terms Russia’s indiscriminate shelling of civilian infrastructure including places of worship. This has cut off religious communities’ ability to exercise their right to freedom of belief or religion," the post states.

As of early June, 113 churches were destroyed or damaged by Russian shelling during the large-scale war.
