Russians launch 49 strikes on Luhansk region over past day

In the government-controlled territory of Luhansk region, the police have documented 49 strikes launched by Russian troops over the past 24 hours.

As the National Police of Ukraine posted on Telegram, Russian invaders launched airstrikes on the town of Lysychansk and the village of Vovchoyarivka.

In total, the enemy destroyed 23 infrastructure facilities in Luhansk region over the past 24 hours. In particular, two churches in Lysychansk were destroyed, apartment blocks were set on fire, and private households were razed to the ground on some streets.

The police officers opened 11 criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Eight more cases were opened under Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported, the police documented seven strikes on populated localities, killed and injured civilians in the government-controlled territory of Luhansk region on June 25.
