Air defense forces down Russian missile over Ivano-Frankivsk region

Ukraine’s air defense forces have brought down a Russian missile over Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Local Regional State Administration head Svitlana Onyshchuk delivered the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, during an air raid alert, which lasted from 12:41 to 13:54, air defense forces shot down a Russian missile over our region," Onyshchuk said.

According to the official, there are no casualties or damage to infrastructure.

As Ukrinform earlier reported, the Ukrainian Air Force shot down three cruise missiles (allegedly the Kalibr-type) that had been launched on Ukraine from the Black Sea between 12:20 and 13:20 Tuesday, June 14.
