Russians attacking Donetsk region with hypersonic missiles, tanks, artillery

Russian aggressors have launched hypersonic missiles on Donetsk region and attacked the territory using tanks and artillery.

That’s according to a report by Ukraine’s National Police on Telegram Monday, June 13, Ukrinform reports.

"During the day, the occupiers struck at 11 settlements: Avdiyivka, Toretsk, Bakhmut, Soledar, Svitlodarsk, Krasnohorivka, Udachne, Maksymilianivka, Halytsynivka, Mykolaivka, and Dolynivka. Civilian casualties are reported," the statement reads.

Further details reveal that the enemy launched Kh-22 air-to-surface hypersonic missiles in air strikes on the village of Mykolaivka, Pokrovsk district. At least six households were damaged.

“A total of 43 civilian facilities were destroyed: 31 residential buildings, an administrative building of the Vuhlehirsk Thermal Power Plant, a railway line, an ambulance vehicle, power lines, etc. Bakhmut and Krasnohorivka were left without electricity,” the police added.

Law enforcement officers have recorded Russian war crimes. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 438 (violation of the laws or customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported, Russian troops are trying to establish full control over Luhansk and Donetsk regions, but to date this goal has not been achieved. The regions are constantly shelled by Russian invaders.
