Armed Forces of Ukraine liberate village in Kharkiv region, repulse enemy attacks in south

The Ukrainian military regained control of the settlement of Kutuzivka in Kharkiv region, as well as repelled the enemy's offensive in the Kurakhiv and Southern Buh directions. In addition, the Armed Forces repulsed enemy to previously occupied positions near Rubizhne.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

It is noted that the major activities of the enemy are observed in the Slobozhanskyi and Donetsk directions, enemy aircraft launch missile strikes on objects in Ukraine from the territory of Belarus.

"An offensive operation is underway in the Eastern Operational Zone to encircle the JFO forces, establish full control over Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and maintain a land corridor with the temporarily occupied Crimea. The major activities of the enemy are being observed in Slobozhanskyi and Donetsk directions,” the report says.

In Volyn and Polissia, no significant changes in the activities of Russian troops have been recorded.

In the Siverskyi direction, no signs of the formation of the enemy offensive groups were detected

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, the enemy deployed up to five missile divisions of Iskander-M ballistic missile system. The enemy continues to regroup its forces.

In the Donetsk and Tavriysky directions, the enemy launched attacks at the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ units almost along the entire contact line, using rocket-propelled grenade launchers and artillery.

In the Southern Buh direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled enemy attacks in the areas of settlements Oleksandrivka, Tavriyske, Ivanivka and Zahradivka.

As Ukrinform reported, since start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the Russian army lost about 22,800 personnel in Ukraine.
