Russian Uragan rockets hit hospital in Donetsk region

Russian troops have employed BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems to target the regional traumatology hospital in Lyman, Donetsk Region.

Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Pavlo Kyrylenko broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“The regional traumatology hospital in Lyman was fired upon today by the Russian army using BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems. Direct hits set out a fire and inflicted damage on both the hospital and residential buildings located nearby,” the official wrote.

He noted that rescuers and bomb squads scrambled to put out the fire and neutralized the explosives.

As reported, Donetsk Region is constantly under attack by the Russian invading army that employs various weaponry, including aircraft, BM-21 Grad and 9A52-4 Tornado MRL systems, tanks, and heavy artillery.
