Austin says US giving intel to Ukraine for operations in Donbas

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has confirmed publicly that the United States is providing intelligence to Ukrainian forces to conduct operations in eastern Ukraine.
According to CNN, he said this while testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee, Ukrinform reports.
"We are providing them a … intelligence to conduct such operations … in the Donbas," Austin said.
Earlier this week, the United States announced the provision of security assistance valued at up to $100 million to meet Ukraine's urgent need for additional anti-armor systems.
