Russian military torturing abducted people in Kherson region – journalist
"Captives, held in a basement of the police department premises seized by Russian Nazis in Nova Kakhovka, said they heard the voice and name of Vitaliy Peretiatko, a former member of the Nova Kakhovka Town Council, among other prisoners.
