The advance of Russian troops in the Donbas direction may slow down.

The relevant statement was made by Advisor to Ukrainian Internal Affairs Minister Viktor Andrusiv on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Only the insignificant forces of the troops withdrawn can be transferred to the Donbas direction. Most of them were subject to rotation and will be restoring, and they will be able to get involved not sooner than in a month. Hence, the advance in the Donbas direction may slow down,” Andrusiv wrote.

In addition, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation spent $40 million to support the ruble.

“I think such stability of the ruble is very beneficial for us,” Andrusiv noted.

A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, starting a war. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, murdering civilians.
