More than 1,700 people evacuated from Luhansk region on April 1

As many as 1,735 people have been evacuated from Luhansk region today, April 1.

Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymosheko wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Today, 1,735 people have been evacuated from Luhansk region," he wrote.

Thus, according to Tymoshenko, 285 people were evacuated from Severodonetsk, 60 people from Rubizhne, 1,300 from Lysychansk and nearby towns and villages, 52 people from Kreminna, and 38 from Popasna.

As reported, according to Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, more than 18,000 civilians have been officially evacuated from the Luhansk region since February 24.
