Ukrainian Air Assault Forces liberate village in Mykolaiv Region from Russian invaders

The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Southern Ukraine, Mykolaiv Region. Z-marked Russian vehicles can often be seen destroyed along the roads. This is all that is left of the column of Russian occupiers, which was destroyed with artillery systems by the 80th Air Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the report states.

The Ukrainian Air Assault units surrounded the village from flanks, carried out a short battle and destroyed the enemy forces. During this operation, they captured Russian weapons and military vehicles, relevant documents, etc.

In addition, Ukrainian paratroopers detained and handed over to the Security Service of Ukraine a local resident, who provided Russian invaders with the contact details of ATO participants and patriotic citizens.
