Russian artillery fired on village in Zhytomyr region

The village of Budo-Vorobi in Zhytomyr region came under Russian artillery fire.

According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region wrote this on Facebook.  

“On March 18, the village of Budo-Vorobi, Korosten district, came under the enemy artillery fire. As a result of the attack, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged and then caught fire,” the report says.

No casualties have been reported.

Since February 24, Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure facilities, conducting massive shelling of residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages using artillery, multiple rocket launchers and ballistic missiles.
