Four people have been injured in another shelling of the village of Chornobayivka, Kherson region.

"The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office provides procedural guidance in criminal proceedings initiated over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office posted on Facebook.

As noted, on March 15, 2022, the occupiers cynically disregarded the norms of international humanitarian law and shelled the suburban village of Chornobayivka. As a result of the shelling, the civilian infrastructure of the village was significantly damaged.

"Four people were injured, including a 14-year-old teenager," the prosecutor's office said.

Prosecutors continue to document all the crimes committed by the aggressor country in order to bring the perpetrators to justice.
