In Kyiv, rescuers put out fire in apartment block hit in enemy shelling

In Kyiv’s Podilskyi district, rescuers put out a fire in a high-rise building on Mostytska Street after the site was shelled by Russian invaders.

The State Emergency Service announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform

"On March 15, in Kyiv’s Podilskyi district, as a ten-storey apartment block on Mostytska Street was hit in shelling, a fire broke out, covering the area from the 1st to the 5th floor," the statement reads.

At 06:46 the fire was localized, and at 06:51 it was extinguished.

One person was rescued from the fire and taken to a local hospital.
