Haidai said that 47 private and multi-storey buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed in the cities of Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne and Popasna on March 13.

The shelling also damaged two schools and a gas pipeline in Sievierodonetsk.

He said that there is lack of employees of the State Emergency Service, because it is burning everywhere, and enemy shells continue to fly.

"Towns in the region cannot be recognized. […] In the photo, you can see Sievierodonetsk, there are similar photos in each settlement of the region, the residents of the region are heroes. Our regional center is a complete ruin. The humanitarian situation is critical," Haidai wrote.
