About 215,000 citizens returned to Ukraine from abroad

About 215,000 citizens have returned to Ukraine from other countries, 80% of whom are men, according to spokesman for the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko.

“As of today, 215,000 Ukrainians have returned home from abroad. Of course, most of them are men, mostly 80%,” Demchenko said.

He added that passenger traffic on the borders with the European Union and Moldova "remained intensive."

"Over the past 24 hours, about 118,000 people have crossed the border, of course, the vast majority - women, children," the spokesman said.

As reported, on February 24, Russia declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion.
