Heavy fighting is taking place in Irpen," Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksiy Kuleba said on the air of Ukraine 24 TV channel, Ukrinform reports.
Nevertheless, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration expressed the belief that "our Armed Forces will repel the enemy and we will win."
