The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has called on Ukrainian citizens to resist the enemy, first of all it is necessary to deprive the enemy of logistical support.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"The number one goal is to destroy the rear columns of the Russian invaders. Ukraine is switching to total resistance to the invaders. We appeal to citizens who are in the territory temporarily occupied by the enemy. You can significantly help the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" the statement said.

The General Staff said that the enemy must be deprived of logistical support.

"If a convoy of Russian armored vehicles passed through your locality, it will be followed by a convoy of fuel, ammunition and food. Pass the convoy of armored vehicles. Our army will meet it. Create obstacles on the road. Block traffic. Destroy or detain the rear convoy. It is badly guarded, not armored, it is led by rear units with no combat experience," the General Staff said.

The military advised Ukrainians to use hunting weapons, Molotov cocktails, all available means.

"Without ammunition, the enemy tank is a tractor. Without fuel, it is a pile of dead iron. Without food, the enemies will surrender themselves," the headquarters said.
