Russian invaders shell Mariupol all night, hitting maternity hospital

In Donetsk region, Russian invaders were shelling Mariupol all night long, hitting a maternity hospital. The number of victims and injuries are being clarified.

Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

“Mariupol was being bombed all night long, in particular, residential areas, where there is no military infrastructure. A maternity hospital on the Left Bank was hit. We are clarifying information about the victims and damage,” Kyrylenko wrote.

He noted that enemy aircraft was heard over Marinka and Kurakhove, then explosions occurred, details are being clarified.

The Ocheretynsky community is under fire. Orlovka and Lastochkyno have been partially left without electricity.

In Toretsk, it was rather quiet at night, without losses or destruction. Water supply was partially resumed.  

As reported, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine and launched a large-scale invasion. Russian troops have been shelling and destroying key infrastructure. Missiles hit residential buildings.
