Russian troops shell Chernihiv from Grad MLRS

Russian troops are shelling Chernihiv from Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
The press service of the Chernihiv regional military-civil administration reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"Attention! Russian troops are shelling the city from Grads," the statement said.
According to locals, street fights have been going on in the city since the morning. Windows in the houses blast out from explosions.
Early on February 26, Chernihiv Mayor Vladyslav Atroshenko called on residents to prepare for street fights.
