Russians fired Grad rockets on the evacuation column on its way from Shchastia, Luhansk region.

"Almost 80% of Shchastia is destroyed. We are talking to the head of the Military-Civil Administration, I have information that the convoy [of evacuation vehicles] really came under Grad rocket fire. This is an international crime under international humanitarian law, and Russia will pay a high price for it. The evacuation is underway. But talking about the town of Shchastia, it suffers a problem," Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said on the air of parliament’s Rada TV channel, Ukrinform reports.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that according to military reports, Kherson is controlled by the Ukrainian military, and the situation changes every hour.

“In fact, the situation changes every hour. We only need to know that we are regaining our land, every inch of our land will be Ukrainian,” Vereshchuk stressed.

As reported, the head of the aggressor country, Vladimir Putin, announced the start of a special military operation in Donbas on February 24.

Martial law has been imposed throughout Ukraine. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization.
