Estonia ready to host Ukraine Recovery Conference in 2027

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna signed a memorandum of understanding in Kyiv confirming Tallinn’s readiness to host the Ukraine Recovery Conference in 2027.

Sybiha announced this during a joint press conference with his Estonian counterpart in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Estonian support covers all areas of activity: from defense and security to digital technologies, humanitarian programs, reforms, and reconstruction. Its confirmation is also the readiness [of Estonia] to host one of the upcoming Ukraine Recovery Conferences. Today we signed the relevant document,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister said.

Tsahkna stated that the document concerns the Ukraine Recovery Conference scheduled to take place in Tallinn in 2027.

According to him, signing a memorandum on the conference while the war continues is very significant.

“I hope that by then the war will be over,” Tsahkna noted.
