Film dedicated to Sushchenko to be presented to foreign ambassadors and representatives of international organizations in Kyiv

On February 6, 2017, a presentation of the UA|TV's film "The Kremlin's prisoners" devoted to illegally arrested Ukrinform journalist Roman Sushchenko in the Russian Federation will be held at the Club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for members of the diplomatic corps and international organizations.

This has been reported by the press service of the Information Policy Ministry.

"The event is timed to the journalist's birthday on 8th of February. During the event, a photography exhibition by Roman created while working as a special correspondent of the Ukrinform news agency in France will be opened," the report says.

The event will be attended by the journalist's family and lawyer Mark Feygin.

Organizers of the event are the Information Policy Ministry of Ukraine, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, and Ukrinform news agency.

The event will be opened with the participation of the first officials of the event's initiators: Information Policy Minister Yuriy Stets, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, and Director General of Ukrinform news agency Oleksandr Kharchenko.
