Pyatov 19th among best players of Euro 2020 qualifiers

UEFA has released a rating of football players following the qualification tournament of the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship.

Ukraine goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov (1,459 points) is 19th in the ranking, whereas Ukraine midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi (914) is 77th, and Ukraine defender Mykola Matviyenko took 114th place, according to the official website of the Union of European Football Associations.

Top ten best players during Euro 2020 qualifiers are Netherlands forward Memphis Depay (2,607 points), Netherlands midfielder Frenkie de Jong (2,518), England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford (2,401), Netherlands defender Matthijs de Ligt (2,195), Netherlands goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen (1,885), France forward Antoine Griezmann (1,878), Portugal midfielder Bernardo Silva (1,847), Portugal defender Ruben Dias (1,785), Spain defender Sergio Ramos (1,783), and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo (1,763).

The rating is based on the FedEx Performance Zone algorithm, which evaluated the contribution of football players to the success of their national teams.
