Lomachenko outstrips Usyk in best boxers ranking - BoxRec

Ukrainian boxer Vasyl Lomachenko, after beating Jose Pedraza, has left his compatriot Oleksandr Usyk behind in BoxRec's pound-for-pound ranking of the world's best boxers.

Lomachenko is now third in the table, while Usyk is fourth.

Early on December 9, Ukrainian boxer Vasyl Lomachenko defeated Jose Pedraza of Puerto Rico in a unification fight for WBO and WBA lightweight titles. The Ukrainian will hold his next fight in May 2019. His opponent could be Berchelt or the winner of a bout between Richard Commey and Isa Chaniev.

Usyk in his last fight knocked out Tony Bellew and retained the title of undisputed world cruiserweight champion.
