Rebrov takes charge of Hungarian football club Ferencvaros

Ukrainian coach Serhiy Rebrov has taken charge of Ferencvaros, the most popular football club in Hungary, the club's press service has reported.

The official presentation of the coach took place at a special press conference on August 22.

"I do not want to promise anything, but I will work here to get better results, and at the end of the championship we will be in the first place. Thanks to Thomas Doll's work, I took charge of the team that won four of the first five games," Rebrov said at his first press conference at the club.

Rebrov last headed Saudi Arabia's Al-Ahli, which he left in April 2018. Prior to that, the Ukrainian coach managed Dynamo Kyiv.

Ferencvaros tops the Nemzeti Bajnoksag I league table after five rounds.
